II received my Juris Doctor Degree when I graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 1985, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT in 1982.
After continuing the pursuit of knowledge and education, I graduated from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, in 2009, obtaining a Masters of Public Health Degree in Behavioral Science and Health Promotion.
I am admitted to practice law in the State and Federal District Courts in the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
I am a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and Washington DC Bar Association.
Having formerly served as a municipal court judge, public defender, and special counsel for several different municipalities in Bergen County, I am able to evaluate issues and resolve conflicts from both sides of the courtroom. As former Zoning Board of Adjustment counsel, I possess an in-depth understanding of the principals of land use and zoning, both of which are often components of real estate transactions.
